Welcome to NDTA Chapter 82

The Scott-St. Louis Chapter of the NDTA was established in 1953 and currently has well over 500 members. Our membership consists of representatives of various transportation, distribution, supply chain, IT integrators, and professional services firms serving industry and the Department of Defense throughout the metropolitan St. Louis area.

We are very proud of our community outreach efforts that include support for and sponsorship of a myriad of veteran and youth oriented organizations. Along those lines, on an annual basis, our Chapter gives between $10-15 thousand dollars to deserving college students as well as several thousand dollars more to organizations that support our active and retired military.

To maintain a cutting edge professional development focus, we maintain relationships with state, local, and national government, commercial supply chain companies, DoD supply chain service consumers and providers, other supply chain and IT-facing professional organizations as well as academia. An example of this close cooperative spirit is our engagement with St. Louis University, support to their supply chain management programs, and our annual joint professional development luncheon.

Our DOD base includes Scott Air Force Base and its tenants to include United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), Air Mobility Command (AMC), Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) as well as the 375th Airlift Wing at and other tenant organizations.
